how do you play the chorus?
@erikhayabusa Hey erikhyabusa, sorry for the late reply. I think Waits took the song structure and wrote his own lyrics to the music. I suppose it depends on you definition of cover. … and yes, I am to lazy to look it up right now. ; )
Hey Justin, is that a blues junior in the background?
@jkfrojen tom trauberts bleus is a cover of waltzing mathilda i thougth?
Reminds me of Tom Traubert’s Blues. Any chance for a Tom Waits song soon?
Thank you!
Greetings from Berlin,
Jan
this’s the classical guitar playin’ , is folk playing like the classical one ??/
i find that with finger picking songs, by seperating the left and right hand i get confused when my left hand should be hitting what notes. i think the box would be a great addition to your videos. thanks for the lesson, great choice of tunes!
This is the single best video I have ever seen for showing how to get the syncopation between the bass line and the melody.
Thanks!!
Could you do a lesson on Britpop?
haha, nice one
wow
this is well beyond me, his like backing himself up, playing 2 parts at once
nice song choice
Please do a SR-71 Right now guitar lesson
thanks m8
Totally didnt know this was a song and was therefore very confused by the title haha
HEY Justin I love your works brother !! thanks for the lessons and everything keep up the good work!! and by the way did anybody ever tell you that you look like Iniesta!! Barcelona soccer Player
Sounds so clean and crisp! Nice.
you playing at the beginning was awesome
@JustinSandercoe I hear ya,just a thought.Anyways thanks for all the videos man you’ve helped me out Tremendously!
What Kind Of Ring is that on your finger..it looks werid
@skrpirate I’ve always thought those things are a distraction. Humans can only concentrate on one thing at a time, so imho it’s better to be fully focused on one element of a technique. I have facility to have the little window in window but I choose not to.
YES! Thanks for this mate!
Hey Justin, this might sound like an odd request, but could you tell us about the manner in which you shape your fingernails for finger style playing? I’ve read a few articles on many different “shapes”, but have never found a good explanation as to why certain shapes are better than others (i.e. nylon vs. steel playing, etc…).
Cheers.
I remember when I was 12 and I learned how to play guitar from this guy. Justin you were the only way I could learn guitar and now I’ve been playing for 7 years and Im really good. I couldnt have done it without you mate.
Whenever I make it big I promise I’ll mention your name =]]
Hey Justin,
Have you ever thought of doing something like a small “box” in the corner of the screen to show where your left hand is when you zoom in on the finger picking part?
