Bass Guitar Fender Jazz
How low should I buy?
I'm in the market for a new low and I'm thinking about getting a Fender Jazz bass. Is this a good decision? If so what type of fender jazz bass would be better? I am an intermediate or advanced player and want a warm tone and something that is good for slap bass (and nothing else basically Flea does). I do not know much about EQ on or whatever, I just want a low quality that sounds good. Oh, and I'm in a pretty tight budget (waiting for something in the range of $ 500-600). (Also, as far as color goes, white / cream with Fender Jazz guards choose red are attractive to me, but I'm not very demanding). I was thinking of the Fender Deluxe Active Jazz Bass … is that good?
Jazz is an excellent bass. I tried many of them own and an american deluxe. I recommend getting an American jazz. I'm not sure, but I bet you can find a use for the price you are looking for or maybe a little more. How much deluxe active jazz goes, I know I tried one but I do not remember anything special about it, but hey is their low not mine. Hope that helps
