Despite a greatest hits album was the inspiration for The Good Charlotte's Greatest Remixes, released November 25 via Epic Records, the band decided his career was too young for an album of hits and remixes stuck with time. Although Benji and Joel Madden have recently become tabloid fixtures due to their novels with Celebutantes Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie, respectively, the Waldorf, MA native was performing his brand of pop-punk since the mid 90s. The album's first single, "Little Things" was a success, and the band began to work to record their second album.
