Electric Guitar Accessories Package

I bought an electric guitar guitar center, and the cable broke ....?
I also bought a warrany one year with the package that came Fender with guitar, amplifier, and accessories ... Now, the coupling of the guitar cable to the amplifier, has been stepped on or something by accident, and now I have to move it for the annoying noise to stop ... if I take the guitar center to be replaced, I would have to take the whole package that I bought or just ???... the cable and would replace the whole package or just the cable? pleaseee need Help!
