Electric Guitar Potentiometers

whose frequency is the tone control on electric guitar to filter down?

I'm curious to how often the act potentiometer tone to filter the signal? I would really appreciate some insight. Obviously, the value will vary between guitars, but what is the frequency of court for a Gibson with humbuckers and a bumper with a single coil?

The tone control of the guitar is a frequency selective electronic circuits that consists of a simple potentiometer connected in series with a capacitor and two in parallel with an inductor. The capacitor passes high frequencies, and the inductor pass frequencies low, while the resistor controls how the signal gets to the exit. Turning the tone you are varying the resistance of the potentiometer and selecting the pitch sound. Turning the knob varies the way a pot to allow say "more acute" to be diverted through the capacitor to the ground. While, turning the to the other raises the most acute and lead signal thought the inductance of soil, thereby reducing the bass.
