The guitar amp do I get?

Hey, I got a package of Kirk Hammett guitar a little behind and classes as well. Then I started playing my guitar at home and my amp sounds different, then what is in my classes. The amp in my classes sounds much better (and more power lol). I do not know is. Anyway, the amp I have at home is an amplifier of 10 watts, Kirk Hammett. I want to start a new one for my questions ... 1. Amps I get that sound good and better then my 10 watt amp at home for maybe $ 100 - $ 200? 2. Why is the sound Thanks differently? much.

Well if was a package of guitar that is why your amp that isn't his usually great cheap little amps, but when buying an amplifier you need to consider what kind music your going to play how I play metal and i love Line 6 amps, because they are preconfigured automatic so you can easily go from a clean sound for a sound of metal and the effects are easy to use plus its not expensive amps If I were you id look into that:)
