Every year I seem to have caught some in the run up to last Christmas' must have toy craze, "but this year may have surpassed all years Earlier ... and is still 2 months until Christmas! Unfortunately, the 6th anniversary of my daughter was in September .... perfect timing for the hamsters Zhu Zhu Animals (often pronounced like hamsters Zoo Animals and Zoo Animals Zu Zu crazy hamsters) to set in. .. lucky for me!

Within days of starting business for these furry cute hamster, My daughter had her heart set on one for your birthday ... Mr. Squiggles or less. All parents with children will understand when I say that when children this age to get it into their heads that they must have a certain toy ... well it really is generally useless to try to convince otherwise. Finally, the continuous bombing Ad does not help the situation or the fact that his best friend has got a hamster Zhu Zhu pet called Num Nums along with a world hamster for it to run around in. .. great!

Anyway, I needed to get a birthday present for my daughter, so it seemed to get one was decided ... that was easy. At 7 dollars a pop and with the addition of some well chosen accessories hamster, I was convinced that I could best friend hamster Zhu Zhu installation stuffed for less than $ 100.

Popping down to my local Walmart and Toys R Us only appeared exhausted response. No is the best answer, the anniversary of his daughter is rapidly approaching. I should have taken every possible toy-making in the local area for the rest the afternoon, but everywhere was the same story ... out of stock ... sorry.

Back home and I hit his father paradise for all children ... related things Internet. They say the Internet is the largest local mall in the world and sells everything, and usually cheaper than in stores ... obviously never tried to buy a Mr. Squiggles! Online All my favorite shops had basically sold out, but there was no stock available to people who had bought the limited Zhu Zhu hamsters and pet accessories hamster and was selling them, what I would call the prices outrageously stupid. No way. Not me. Not again. Mr. Squiggles hamster and your home will only to expect.

The next couple of days trying to figure out what else I wanted my daughter were useless. Apparently, since hamsters Zhu Zhu left, all the other toys around the world were no longer of any interest. The turning point came when my daughter told me how she did not want anything for your birthday, but ended by pointing out that all the mothers of their friends already have them a hamster Zhu Zhu ... and Funhouse ... whatever it was.

Today would be my hamster days success. I hit the phone early, call for every Walmart and Toys R Us and then all the other toys store sound in the area. Nothing. I increased my target area and wide area immediately local and anywhere. I found a store that had one deputy and one Squiggles Pipsqueak. The only problem, the store was 43 miles away. My insanity toy had kicked in at the moment and I only had three days until B-day. I drove and drove and drove, finally found the store .... and they had already sold, they could not keep them aside for me long. My answer to them need not be repeated.

Back home and back to the internet. In retrospect, a crazy, mother, sick with anger, despair hamster with a period of three days of birthday rapidly approaching, the credit card of her husband's hand, it is perhaps not the ideal shopping from a budget perspective and practice. The result ... Mr. Squiggles a hamster Zhu Zhu (37.99), a hamster Chunk (35.71), a hamster Zhu Zhu Funhouse (128.91), a hamster car garage and set (99.95), a carrier hamster, bedding and blanket set (light pink) (59.99) and a hamster wheel of healthy exercise (36.25). TOTAL ... 398.80, plus estimated gas and phone = 453.00!

You will be happy to know that my daughter loves your pet hamsters and Zhu Zhu hamster habitat and you literally can not take it away from them. My husband ... not so happy. Guess what our eldest daughter of 8 years or for Christmas! No again. No way. Not me. OK, but I'm going to buy them in advance before delivery disappears and prices rise at prices that only a mother crazy to pay!
