I need a new truss rod cover for my Ibanez electric guitar?

I have an Ibanez RG120 with a thin black plastic truss rod cover. It stuck by 3 screws that go into the wood on the head. I lost it and need to buy a new one. Should be cheap, but can not find any online where you can buy only cover tensor. I've seen some on ebay, but have this squared-off slab at the base. Mine is different. (I wish I had a picture for you) Does anyone know where I can buy line?

I do not think you have to have that thing, but you may have to go to your local music store and tell them to order it.
