Band recording facility and help?

Ok, so my band name is Silent Asylum. We Newley formed, but we have great experience. We have all ben playing our instruments a long time now. We're clueless to what we have registration and configuration. We have our amps, and have isntruements all the strings and pedals necassary for our sound. That is, so we're wondering what we need to record our demo, log drums, all bind and perform concerts in local they created in August. So give me the list that I need not have a budget. THe two guitars are running the Line 6 Spider 3 amps, the bass is running a behringer, and the drummer is using battery pearl. The microphones are all likned up to 4 "30" wat amps first act, which work just fine. please tell me what else we need to record our demo tape to Spinefarm.

You can get away with some microphones, a mixer, and some kind of recording software on a computer – you can do anything you need (very basic stuff) with this configuration. I suggest the Shure SM-57 Microphone for use of the microphone his guitar and bass amplifiers. If you're tracking the parts for the songs that you will only need one. A small table will help you perform all microphone on your computer for recording. If you're going to use condenser microphones, the mixer should have a power "ghost" feature to power of condenser microphones. Do not forget that when you're looking for a mixer – your mics refrigerant will not work if your mixer does not have it. Get a RCA cable into a / 8 "adapter 1 standard jack so you can run the mixer on your computer and choose whatever software you want. Audacity is free for download, but it kind of sucks. Anything else you will probably have to pay. MXL makes a whole lot cheaper condenser microphones (for vocals and drums). These microphones are very sensitive and require a little bit of trial and error to get the sound you want out of them, but you end up getting a quality very good sound out of them, if you spend enough time doing them set right.
