What songs are required to learn a guitar Acousitc?

I just have a beautiful Martin dcx1e for my eighth grade graduation present .. What are some songs that are as classic or should learn the guitar .... and here comes the sun .... any ideas? oh sry .... I have played for years .... I just want to play 2 songs im ... good ... (not to brag) I just the beginning .. I only have a very good guitar and I acoustic songs

probably any song staind would sound good on it, along with "Everlong" by Foo Fighters!
